Gronkowski expected to play

Rob Gronkowski's high ankle sprain continues to be the main story in Indianapolis as the Patriots and Giants prepare for the Super Bowl.
The New England tight end, who was injured in the AFC Championship game against the Baltimore Ravens, is a crucial part of the Patriots' offense and an ineffective Gronkowski would cause problems for quarterback Tom Brady, who is 2.25 to be the MVP, despite also having former Florida Gator tight end Aaron Hernandez available.
Lost in the hype around Gronkowski and the other top story dominating the headlines, that of the status of Indianapolis Colts franchise player Peyton Manning, has been the limited practice for New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw. The former University of Marshall star has been nursing an injury since December having missed the November matchup between the two teams when the Giants won in New England.
Bradshaw is expected to get the start, but the performance of backup Brandon Jacobs could well turn out to be the crucial deciding factor in a game that is expected to be close.
The Patriots are 1.80 to win the race to 10 points while the Giants are 2.10.
