Blake Griffin's epic slam dunk sent a message to the Oklahoma City Thunder as the Clippers prevailed in a battle of division leaders.
Griffin's one-handed jam over the Thunder's Kendrick Perkins made all the highlight reels as the Clips moved a game and a half ahead of the Lakers in the Pacific division.
The play overshadowed the performance of Chris Paul who had a team-high 26 points for Los Angeles and also dished out 14 assists.
Griffin and Caron Butler each went for 22 points, both on 9-of-16 shooting as the Clippers picked up their third straight.
Michael Beasley came off the bench to torch the Houston Rockets for 34 points in an upset victory for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The former Kansas State star and second overall pick by the Miami Heat was 10-of-14 from the floor and 12-of-12 from the charity stripe in the 120-108 victory.
Ricky Rubio had 18 points and 11 assists and Kevin Love added 29 points as Minnesota moved back to within a game of .500.
The Heat are 2.70 to win the NBA Championship this season while the Bulls can be backed at 7501.00, the Pacers at 7501.00 and the Magic at 7501.00.
