Former world number one Roger Federer expects the game's big four to continue to dominate in 2012, starting at the Australian Open next week.
Federer is content that he will be fully fit for the challenge in Melbourne following a recent back problem, with the Swiss maestro expecting his main rivals to be defending champion Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray.

I still feel like the top four guys are going to play well again.

Spaniard Nadal is also being troubled by a shoulder problem, but Federer doesn't believe that there will be a shock winner Down Under.
"I still feel like the top four guys are going to play well again, the question is just whom," Federer stated.
"I think we have a good year in store, because also right behind us we have very good players at the moment who can really break through.
"I don't quite know what's going to happen yet. I feel good about my own chances, but then again, that doesn't mean much because the others are really playing well at the moment."
Federer, whose last Grand Slam victory came in Australia in 2010, is 1001.00 to win a fifth title in Melbourne, with Djokovic 2.10 to retain his crown and Murray 6.00 to win his first major title.
