Wales' Mark Williams is eager to win another World Championship crown.World number one Mark Williams has set his sights on a third world title, rather than staying at the top of the rankings.
The 36-year-old left-hander, world champion in both 2000 and 2003, has enjoyed a resurgence in form in the last couple of years and is enjoying another good run at the Shanghai Masters.
However, Englishman Mark Selby is closing in on the Welshman and could take over top spot, something which doesn't seem to be too concerning for Williams.
He said: "My ambition last season was to get back to number one, but I’m not that worried about staying there now.
"My ambition now is to win more tournaments before I start slipping down the rankings again and I especially want to win another world title."
Williams is 1213.00 to win the 2012 World Championship, with Selby 1213.00 and defending champion John Higgins 1213.00.

Meanwhile, Ronnie O'Sullivan is heading home after losing 5-3 in the second round to Anthony Hamilton, but is happy with his game at the moment.
He added: "I'll go home and start again. I’m enjoying playing. It would be nice to be back at the top, but I don’t expect it.
"I'll just enjoy whatever is left of my career. I’ve got nothing left to prove and I’m not young any more."
