Lancaster looking for better

Interim England head coach Stuart Lancaster was delighted to start his reign with a hard-fought 13-6 Calcutta Cup victory over Scotland at Murrayfield.
A converted Charlie Hodgson try and two penalties from debutant Owen Farrell proved to be enough to win the game, with England's defence standing firm under sustained pressure to seal the win.

We didn't get everything right, but we got a lot of things right.

Afterwards, Lancaster was full of praise for his new-look side, saying: "This is a very difficult place to come and win. It has been a great result for us.
"We have been delighted with the attitude we showed, particularly in defence. Our discipline was very good and our desire to work hard, play for each other, play for the shirt (was there).
"They are the things we have talked about and it was great to see them come through."
England and Lancaster move on to a trip to Italy next weekend, with Martin Johnson's successor admitting that there is still plenty of work to do for the remainder of the Six Nations campaign.
"We didn't get everything right, but we got a lot of things right," Lancaster added. "We are delighted to come here and get started."
England are now 26.00 to win the Six Nations title and 4.00 to secure a Triple Crown.
