Davies tips Scarlets to bounce back

Scarlets coach Nigel Davies believes Saturday's Heineken Cup disappointment can spur his side on to future success.
Having been eliminated from Europe's premier tournament, the Welsh region will also struggle to qualify for the Amlin Challenge Cup final after their 29-17 defeat to the Northampton Saints.
Toulouse are 126.00 to win the Heineken Cup this season while Ulster can be backed at 3.75, Harlequins at 501.00 and Munster at 101.00.

We created the opportunities, we created the chances and we weren't able to finish them off. It hurts, it hurts a lot.

The result leaves Davies' side in third place in Pool One, a point behind the Saints with a victory needed in Castres for them to stand a chance of entering the second-tier competition.
But the Scarlets coach is confident, despite a potentially early exit from Europe, that they will come back stronger.
"That [defeat to Northampton] will stay with us for the remainder of the season and it will drive us in the competitions we are still in, and it will stay with us next year as well when we come back to the Heineken Cup," he said.
"We created the opportunities, we created the chances and we weren't able to finish them off. It hurts, it hurts a lot.
"These are big European games, they swing on a couple of key decisions. We didn't get them right in that 10 minutes, although we put all the pressure on Saints.
"Tactically, I think their kicking game put a lot of pressure on us, we didn't deal with that particularly well, so that was one area.
"There was nothing in the game to be quite honest, we created more opportunities than them, we just didn't finish them off."
