Wenger wary of massive blow

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says it would be a massive blow to English football if Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City fail to reach the Champions League knockout stages.
The Gunners are the only one of England's four representatives to have booked a place in the last 16 with one group game still to play, but Wenger still hopes to have plenty of Premier League company - with England 2/1 to be down to two representatives in the Champions League by the end of Wednesday evening.

That is what you don't want - that you go from four to three Champions League places.

He said: "It would be a little bit of a disadvantage in the Premier League, but that is a catastrophic scenario for England and would harm our places in Europe for the future.
"That is what you don't want - that you go from four to three Champions League places. Hopefully that will not happen.
"Of course the teams like Manchester United would then focus on the FA Cup and the domestic championship, but let's see - I don't think that will happen."
The Gunners round off their Group F campaign with a trip to Greece to take on Olympiacos on Tuesday evening, with their hosts still having plenty to play for.
Arsenal have already sewn up top spot in the group, but Olympiakos need to better Marseille's result against Borussia Dortmund to secure second place and a spot in the last 16.
Olympiacos are 1.80 to hand down a first defeat to Arsenal in Europe this season, while the Gunners are 11.00 to win the game 1-0 and send the Greeks crashing out of the competition and 1213.00 to go on and win the Champions League.
