AC Milan's Alexandre Pato has been ruled out of action for around a month after picking up a thigh strain against Udinese on Wednesday evening.
Alexandre Pato has joined the Milan injury list. The Brazilian was substituted after suffering the injury during the 1-1 draw. Antonio Di Natale, who has found the net in every league game this season, opened the scoring in the 29th minute but Udinese equalised through Stephan El Shaarawy in the 63rd minute.
The result leaves AC Milan without a league win this campaign and they now face a growing injury crisis.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Gennaro Gattuso, Massimo Ambrosini, Daniele Bonera, Luca Antonini and Mathieu Flamini are all out injured, although Pippo Inzaghi did return to action after 10 months out injured.
A club statement read: "AC Milan announce the medical tests undergone by Alexandre Pato this morning highlighted a right thigh strain.
"The Brazilian is expected to be out of action for around four weeks, save for complications."
Milan take on Cesena this weekend looking for their first three points of the season. They are 6.00 to win 1-0 while a 1-1 draw can be backed at 9.50. A 1-0 win for Cesena is available at 17.00.
