Hooper dampens down move talk

Celtic striker Gary Hooper has quashed speculation linking him with a move away from the current SPL leaders in the January transfer window.
Gary Hooper has been a prolific goalscorer for Celtic.It had been rumoured that the 23-year-old ex-Scunthorpe United striker was keen to be reunited with his former Iron boss Nigel Adkins, who is currently in charge of Southampton.
Celtic are 1.04 to win the SPL title this season while main rivals Rangers can be backed at 11.00. Meanwhile, Southampton are 3.50 to win the Championship title this term and 1.083 to secure promotion to the Premier League.
Hooper said: "I'm very happy. I'm back playing now and scored at the weekend. It was good to be back in the team.
"I don't want to go anywhere. I'm a Celtic player and very happy here, winning games for Celtic and we're two points clear at the top of the league just now.

Hooper is a prolific striker having found the net 32 times in 48 SPL appearances for Neil Lennon's team following his £2.4million switch from Scunthorpe 18 months ago.
He scored 43 goals in 82 League matches for Scunthorpe and also chipped in with 11 goals in 19 appearances for Hereford United during a loan spell at Edgar Street in 2008.
