Powell happy to stay unbeaten

Charlton Athletic boss Chris Powell was delighted to see his side preserve their unbeaten record after a late Johnnie Jackson penalty earned a 1-1 draw against Tranmere.
The Addicks remain at the top of League One after Jackson's fifth goal of the season 10 minutes from time, three points clear of nearest challengers Sheffield Wednesday who moved into second place after a 3-1 win over Chesterfield at Hillsborough.
While keen to focus on the positives of the result, Powell admitted he was left frustrated by the 'time-wasting' tactics employed by Rovers who had taken the lead in the 33rd minute at The Valley through a deflected Adam McGurk strike.
"We had a lot of time-wasting and spoiling but we have to expect that from teams who come here," the former England left back told BBC London 94.9.
"To get a point at the leaders is always a fantastic point for any team.

We had a lot of time-wasting and spoiling.

"We could have knicked it in the end but it wasn't mean to be.
"Our run remains unbeaten and we're still top, exactly where we want to be."
Charlton are rated as 1.00 to win League One this season, with Tranmere 1213.00 to secure promotion.
