Magath not considering play-off

Felix Magath is not considering being involved in a play-off to avoid Bundesliga relegation, which is why three points against Cologne are imperative for Wolfsburg.
As things stand, the Wolves would be involved in a two-leg play-off with the third team from the second division to determine which side would play in Germany's top flight next season.
Those games take place over a week after the end of the season, but manager Magath has other plans.

We need three points and nothing less.

"I am not planning on the play-offs because I want to go on holiday punctually," he said
"As soon as we get our first win (since Magath took over), then we will build up enough momentum.
"Now we need actions - we need three points and nothing less."
Wolfsburg find themselves four points adrift of safety with four games of the season remaining while that gap could be even greater after today's matches.
However, Cologne are not safe yet either after two straight defeats which have left them just six points above Wolfsburg and the relegation zone.
Full Time Result betting for the match (available to view live with bet365 Live Streaming) has Wolfsburg at 1.57 to get the home win, with Cologne 5.50 and the draw on offer at 4.00.
"We have got to show what we are capable of again away from home," said Cologne coach Frank Schafer.
"We are well prepared and I am convinced that we will play a good game in Wolfsburg.
"I always said that there will be setbacks. The relegation battle is a marathon in which we had put on a bit of a spurt and now we need to put in another."
Reinhold Yabo may make his debut in the starting eleven tomorrow since Petit has been in Portugal all week for private reasons and his fitness will have to be gauged.
Magath may make changes to his side after heavily criticising their attitude last weekend with even star signing Diego not assured of a place in the starting XI.
