Adrian Leijer has been handed a new deal by Melbourne Victory.Melbourne Victory have bolstered their defensive options by signing Spain's Ubay Luzardo, although the deal is subject to international clearance.
The Victory, who have recently handed new contracts to their captain Adrian Leijer, Matthew Foschini and Petar Franjic, had taken Luzardo on trial from Hong Kong outfit Kitchee SC two weeks ago. After being impressed with him in training, they have decided to retain his services for the remainder of the on-going A-League season.
Melbourne Victory are 2.40 to defeat Central Coast, who themselves are 2.80 to get the win. A draw between the two sides can be backed at 3.40.

Luzardo had been plying his trade in Hong Kong since 2009, during which time he played 44 matches and found the back of the net an impressive 10 times even though he is a defender.
Upon securing the short-term signing, Victory coach Jim Magilton said: "Ubay is a big, strong boy, who moves well for a player of his size. He's done everything right in his short time with the club and will provide more stability to our defence and also give us some flexibility with the personnel we currently have."
On the subject of new deals handed to Leijer, Foschini and Franjic, the Northern Irishman added: "These three boys have all represented Australia in different age groups and it was important that we kept them at our club."
"Adrian has proven himself to be one of the most reliable defenders in the league and, at just 25, is still relatively young for a centre-half and will only continue to improve."
"Matthew has established himself as a first team regular this season and Petar has done very well when given an opportunity, so I believe both youngsters have bright futures at this club."
