Sri Lanka vs. New Zealand postponed

The one-day international between Sri Lanka and New Zealand in Dambulla has been postponed due to bad weather, with a fresh toss scheduled for Friday.

Earlier on Thursday, New Zealand had won the toss and opted to bat first in the Tri Nation series match, but persistent rain forced officials to postpone proceedings to the reserve day.

Both New Zealand and Sri Lanka have secured one win apiece so far in the series - which also involves India - and lie first and third in the points table respectively.

Match betting for the re-arranged ODI has Sri Lanka at 1.44 to win, while New Zealand can be backed at 2.75.
