Fury hits back to stop Pajkic

Tyson Fury admitted he was shaken by Neven Pajkic before eventually successfully defending his Commonwealth heavyweight title by stopping the Canadian.
Both men had not lost any of their previous 16 professional bouts but it looked as though Fury's proud record would be coming to an end when he was sent crashing to the canvas with a huge right in the second round in Manchester.

It takes a true champion to get knocked down like that and get back up.

However, the Mancunian got up and knocked Pajkic down in the next round, before the fight was eventually stopped, to the Canadian's ire.
"I got myself a shock there for sure," admitted Fury. "He got me with a good shot, but I got up and stopped him.
"To be honest my legs felt strong as soon as I got back up. I was alright. It takes a true champion to get knocked down like that and get back up. It shook up the brain but I needed a bit of shaking up to wake up."
Fury's next bout will be in Blackpool on 28th January, followed by a fight in New York's Madison Square Gardens on St Patrick's Day, 17th March.
Next month, Amir Khan is 1.083 to beat Lamont Peterson who can be backed at 8.00 to win the bout.
